The Executive Leaders in Transition Exchange’s (ELITE) primary mission is to help senior finance and human resource executives who are in transition to find employment through networking. The group also seeks to support and engage members who have found work through ongoing networking and development opportunities.
ELITE promotes networking, relationship building, and information sharing among members, members’ extended networks, and other individuals who will helpful in connecting to employment opportunities. ELITE members and guests connect and share leads and information in 3 primary ways: monthly member group meetings; private meetings; and communications through social media and a private LinkedIn group. Membership is by invitation only.
